Complimentary Ring Resizing
If you order a ring and it's not quite the right size, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and our in-house workshop can provide complimentary ring resizing by one size up or down*.
Simply reach out to our customer service team and we can arrange for the ring to be sent back to us to be collected, resized, and safely delivered back to you.
*Service excludes our Silver range and Crystal Haze rings.
Warranty
Stephen Webster guarantees a warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
We are happy to provide a certificate of authenticity or valuation for Stephen Webster fine jewellery, upon request. Simply contact our customer service team and provide your receipt of purchase*.
*If a valuation is required for a discontinued piece, this is subject to charge and we may require to receive the item for review.
Repairs & Cleaning

Make It Personal
We offer complimentary engraving on selected Wedding Bands; allowing you to add a personal touch to a meaningful piece.
Why not add a memorable date, nickname, or phrase to make your piece truly unique. Your message will be engraved on the inner part of the band, for up to 16 characters.
If you're looking to personalise a Stephen Webster item where complimentary engraving isn't readily available, please get in touch and we will do our best to honour your requirements.

For those looking to express their love and commitment, our Bridal appointments offer the chance to explore our Engagement & Wedding range, as well as talk through any personal requirements.
Bespoke commissions are where we really shine. Booking an appointment is your first step in creating a piece that is truly unique. Our in-house design team are here to guide you through the design process, from initial concept, right through to the finished piece.
Everyone has a box of items in their jewellery box that is in need of some TLC. RESET, our in-house recycling design service, brings a new lease of life to an unworn item, reusing as many different parts as possible, to make a piece that is new and relevant.
Our Boutique is available to visit weekdays without an appointment during our opening hours, and on Saturday by appointment only.
Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: By appointment only
Sunday: Closed
Flexible Payments
Fleixible payment services such as Klarna and PayPal Pay in 3 are accepted online.
We also offer our own 50/50 Payment service, which is available on all made-to-order purchases over £10,000.
This service allows you to split your payment in half, paying 50% of the value of your purchase up-front, and the remaining 50% of the balance prior to dispatch.

Worldwide Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery and returns for all UK orders.
Complimentary delivery is available on all international orders over $1,000/€1,000.
Domestic orders are shipped via DPD and International orders are shipped using DHL Express.
Your Stephen Webster jewellery will be delivered fully insured by our expert couriers and will arrive beautifully gift wrapped, packaged in a discreet plain brown box.
Duties Paid
All online orders shipped to the EU & US are shipped on a DDP service. Meaning we cover the cost of all taxes and duties. So you don't need to pay any additional fees.
For deliveries to countries outside of those listed above, orders are shipped on a DAP service. Meaning tax and duties have been deducted from the price of the goods.
Here, you will need to pay any taxes and duties post-dispatch to customs, in order to receive your Stephen Webster jewellery.
